Tax Tip Podcast or Blog Post for Real Estate Professionals and you did NOT Receive 1 or Both of your Recovery Rebate Stimulus Payments or Credits

It is only fair that if you did not receive 1 or both of your Recovery Rebate stimulus payments that you receive 1 or both Recovery Rebate Credits on your 2020 Federal Individual Tax Return. Did you receive 1 or both stimulus payments?  If not, 1 or 2 credits are available to you on 2020 Federal Individual Tax Return.

If you are not sure if you did or did not claim the credit, simply review Line 30 page 2 of your 2020 Federal Individual Tax Return IRS form 1040.

Please review my Spotify podcast on the subject https://paylesstax.com/2021/03/13/tax-tip-podcast-for-real-estate-professionals-new-coronavirus-stimulus-bill-includes-recovery-rebates-to-individuals-1400/

Also, Please review a WordPress blog post which is directly over the target.  https://paylesstax.com/2021/01/30/recovery-rebate-credit/

Tax Tip:

Missed filing for the Recovery Rebate Credit? If you did, no worry, you may file an Amended 2020 Federal Tax Return.
